Renovations have begun! The Starlight room is beginning to take form. The bar is under construction. Patrick (my husband) built the bar in the Mezzaluna back in 2005. Now he is building the bar for the starlight room, equipped with ice cold beer kegs and a full bar. I am acquiring a wonderful array of wines that we will be serving by the glass or by the bottle for under $25. The menu is developing as we speak. Little hand held delectables, savory and sweet…In goes the popcorn warmer, and where is the perfect spot for all those seasonings that Rocky likes to have for the popcorn? Coca cola, or maybe not…maybe handcrafted local soda in a bottle. What would you like to see?!

Other things on the horizon- we just put out our new wine list last weekend, with one the back page being dedicated to wines we have been cellaring for up to and over a decade. We will be rotating through our deep stock of amazing wines as they sell. Some we only have 2 or3 bottles of, so keep on eye on it each time you come in…

We will be closed for Independence Day. We will take this time for cleaning and maintenance to get prepared for summer.
It is here ;). The season of beach walks, festivals, backyard parties and sailing. This month alone we have Fiddle Tunes, Jazz and Acoustic Blues festivals, along with the kayak symposium, the always lovely Olympic Music Festival and the weekly music on the dock, downtown. This little seaside town on the end of the peninsula has the greatest summers around.
We look forward to seeing you.
